As a user, I would love a way to filter to activities for a specific Lead or Account, select them, then download them as a PDF so I can upload the batch of activity to Epic for E&O purposes.
Placement of "Title" field for Broadcast messages
As a user, I would like the "Title" field to be available before (or with) the email editor so it can be updated immediately instead of waiting until the end when the broadcast can be sent. Where it is placed does not prompt me to update this field soon enough which leaves broadcasts with "Copy" (when copying a broadcast) or other unwanted titles.
As a Hawksoft user, I would like to be able to use the Hawksoft Policy Status change trigger to target per account not policy.
Currently, as we are sending out emails for our Prospects that have been changed to Quoted and Fuse is creating an email for policy instead of account. The screenshot below indicates that it should be sending once per accounts but it was confirmed that it is in fact sending per policy.

When setting up my forms, I want to choose which stage the new Lead should be added to so that I can customize my pipeline workflows better.

As a user, I would like a component on the dashboard showing the number of text messages sent from Fuse.
Pull Reports from Pipeline
Ability to pull an automated report from the pipeline that would track stages of prospects, reasons the prospect was "lost", etc. I also want to see the conversion rates by lead source, pipeline, etc.
Premium Increase Rate Change trigger between 2 percentages
I would like to be able to trigger using the Premium Increase between 2 percentages. Not only a Increase or Decrease Percentage.
Form Submissions as PDF/CSV
The client would like the form submissions to be able to come over to them as PDF or CSV files rather than an email that contains all the entries.
Manual employee mapping for Epic BDE integration
As an Epic BDE user, I would like an option to manually map certain employees so I have better control over which user emails will send from for (A) customers whose Rep or Producer in Epic is no longer with the agency but needs to stay listed on the account for internal reasons, and (B) customers that are assigned to "fake employees" like certain house accounts, where I'd prefer to map them to a different, specific user.
2-way Sync for Xanatek
As a user, I would like to see a 2-way integration for Xanatek to write back the email sent activities into my management system. It's been getting a tad bit tough to keep up with the emails. - Putting them in our system for notes. I like to make sure that our agents know if they get a follow-up call.
