Customer Suggestions

I would like our business name to auto-populate when sending a text message. Currently, we are manually typing in the business name at the end of every text. We would like this to be streamlined with a signature option for Business Texting.

As a Fuse Pipeline user, I expect the due date to also be marked as resolved or removed once a lead is added to "Closed". Currently, the Due date remains and all Closed leads show as overdue and there is no way to delete the dates just reschedule them.

As a Business texting user who does not get two-way integration, I would like a way to quickly export conversations from Fuse. I would like this to include specific conversations and a general report export of the conversation data for all or sorted clients. This would allow me to account for any E&O issues in the future.

As a Forge user, I would like the ability to sort Form submissions based on specific responses to fields within the Form or location the form came from on the website. I believe this would make it easier to find relevant department forwarding information to sort the Form submissions.

I would like the Reputation Management product to generate a shareable link that can be sent to clients on demand to collect internal feedback. This link could also be embedded within featured communications, allowing businesses to easily gather private feedback before directing clients to public reviews.

As a Forge user, it would be beneficial to have a Clickable Coverage Graphic for Pest Control Insurance.

As a Fuse user, it would be nice to have the ability to send emails to secondary contacts for our customers, with the ability to select which specific secondary contact the email is sent to, such as secondary contact #1, secondary contact #2, and so on. Currently, while it's possible to send emails to secondary accounts, all secondary contacts listed under a customer would receive the email, even if it's intended for just one. This feature would provide more targeted communication.

It would be beneficial for our agency if Fuse could sync ADFs from AMS360 and had access to the Form Letter feature.

As a user, I would like the option to select pending postcards that should either be kept or deleted. Currently, all pending postcards must be either kept or deleted. This does not allow users a lot of freedom when attempting to send or delete the pending postcards, which can sometimes stack up if credits are not refilled in time.

As a user, I would like the ability to export a campaign to PDF for demonstration purposes to external users/stakeholders.
