Aa a Forge/Fuse user, I would like to be able to add an NPS survey request link to a website page for clients to click on instead of just through the NPS campaign. Many of our clients have specifically asked for a link and it be much easier to include in our onboarding/renewal processes.

As a Fuse and pipeline user, I would like to be able to add the Lead Source as a column on the MyDay view, or in the pipeline view in the Box with Client info.

As a Fuse User, I would like if Business texting to have an auto-text response to anyone who texts our line.

As a Forge/Fuse user, I'd like the ability to pin a note to text messaging threads, so when they text in again we do not have to go into the account in our management system to find that important information.

As an Epic user, it would be nice to have a different version of the email (containing a unique link) based on who the lead is assigned to in one single pipeline rather than creating multiple for each agent.

As a Fuse User, when I view a broadcast or email on my iPhone, I would like to see the policy numbers appear regardless of which policy is being displayed (short-name or long-name policies). Current longer name polices force the policy number not to appear.

As a Fuse user, I would like the ability to sync my Fuse dashboard with my Google Business Profile. This would allow users to monitor and respond to Google reviews directly within Fuse in real time, reducing the need to manage multiple platforms. I previously had this capability with Levitate, and it significantly improved my workflow and overall experience. An added enhancement would be integrating AI-assisted review responses, allowing users to generate and customize suggested responses directly within Fuse.

As a Forge user it would be beneficial to have a Home based business Clickable Coverage graphic available to add to the site.

Improve the outbox logic so emails that can no longer be properly rendered, are cancelled, or no longer meet targeting criteria are skipped entirely rather than appearing as broken or blank messages. This would provide a cleaner customer experience and prevent confusion around emails that should not have been generated.

User would like to see the ability to assign certain producers to different locations within Fuse, so that emails sent from 'John Smith' (who works at 'Location 2') include Location 2's logo/branding on them.
