As a user, I would like the ability to export a campaign to PDF for demonstration purposes to external users/stakeholders.

The segment capability to target policy effective dates. Would like a 'madlib' set up similar to the following "I want to target policy status policies with a date on time. The policy status options would be the same as the policy status options we have available now, the date options would be any dates on the policies such as Effective and Expiration and the time options would include things like last month, last year, last week.

As a User, I would like to have the ability to BCC more than one person.

As a user, I would like to be able to choose to keep or delete the images that I have used over time in the image library.

As a Business Texting user, I'd like to be able to see the character count for manual texting. This is currently available with texts in Campaigns, but I'd like to see it here as well.

the whole idea of intake forms is to have the client / prospect do the typing. It would be great if we got the importation in a format that we can easily import to management system. My suggestion is to have the form mapped to the management system used. Also, information should be in the email - there should be a reason to go back to the form and export it. the email should include the information and the csv file.

As a client, I would like to be able to see the address description information from Applied Epic in Fuse. Currently, this field is not supported by Fuse. This feature is important because it will help us determine if the client is a dead account.

As a Fuse Pipeline user, I expect the due date to also be marked as resolved or removed once a lead is added to "Closed". Currently, the Due date remains and all Closed leads show as overdue and there is no way to delete the dates just reschedule them.

When a link to a form is emailed to a specific Account, the form automatically recognizes which account clicked the link, and attaches the submission to that same account.

As a Business Texting user, I would like the ability to opt accounts back in that opt out of Business Texting.
