As a Fuse user, when responding to NPS feedback, it would be beneficial to have additional options in the drop-down menu beyond "Mark Closed" or "Delete." It would be helpful to have an option to add an additional note, which could translate as an activity of some kind on the client's account. For tracking follow-ups, it would be nice to have another option for when we decide to call the client rather than communicating directly through Fuse. It would be useful to note this or have an option in the drop-down menu like "Call Made," plus an option to note details about the call or next steps.
