As a Forge user, it would be beneficial to have a individual/family health clickable coverage to offer on our private health insurance page.

As a client from New York State, I need to ensure carrier addresses are always up to date on my Insurance Companies page on my Forge website. At the very least, recent legislation requires me to include the town and city. I already know of two other agencies that were fined because of this law. I'd like an option to add tables to blog posts. Currently, when you add table html code to a blog post in dashboard, it will remove the code.

As a user, I would like the ability to view a user log of logins and updates throughout the platform.

As a Forge user, It would be helpful if the platform allowed more fields to be mapped into Hawksoft beyond what is currently supported. For example, I'd like to bring in fields such as driver's license number, marital status, and assigned driver. At the moment, only a limited set of fields can be mapped, and not all form fields are compatible with Hawksoft's integration. Expanding the number of mappable fields would significantly improve data accuracy and workflow efficiently.

As a Forge user, I'd like to see that the phone numbers are encoded or hidden to prevent scrapping. Currently, only email addresses are encoded.

As a Forge User and RAIS customer, I would like to have more social media available for automation.

When using Fuse Business Texting as the live chat option on a Forge website, it would be an ideal user experience to continue the conversation via the live chat on the website versus transitioning it to a texting conversation.

On the Website Forms section of the website it would be helpful to display the submission date along side of the name of those who submitted the form.

As a Forge User, I would like add DOB as a field that can be mapped in the Agency Zoom integration.
