Seems to be a common AMS

As a Fuse user, I would like to see a column for the internal name/branch in exported segments. My location name is the same, so I need the branch name to distinguish the different locations

As a Fuse user, I'd like to see the drivers' Date of Birth that is entered on an auto policy level in Partner Platform to be available to use in Fuse. Currently, the driver birth dates entered under an auto policy does not sync over to Fuse

As an Epic user, I would like the ability to make the Profit Center field in Opportunities (Leads) readable and segmentable.

As an EZLynx user, I would like to be able to use the Claims data and Claims triggers in Fuse.

As a Hawksoft Fuse customer, I would like the option to use the "Writing Carrier" for the Carrier field in Fuse. This field would be most accurate over the "Carrier" and "Program" fields currently available.

For activities that are related to specific policies, I would like the option for Fuse to attach the activity to the policy in AMS360 rather than just on the customer level.

As a Partner Platform Fuse user, I would like the Fuse Carrier field to be mapped to Writing Company. The carrier field is not accurate for external information such as in the policy box. We would love to use this component but can't because it will show the incorrect carrier data.

Partner Platform appears to be the only management system that integrates with Fuse that does not provide the ability to send to secondary contacts. We are a commercial based agency and we currently do not have the ability to send to any employees of the companies we represent.

As a Fuse user, I would like MFA made available for both Fuse and Attract to increase our data security.
