As a user, I would like to add attachments to Fuse emails without using links.

User would like more email theme options to choose from under the Email Theme and Colors section of the All Settings in Fuse. User would also like more font options for themes as well. This is important for user to have the ability to change their look from time to time, along with font choices.

Need the ability to keep up with incoming texts on a mobile device. Our Sales users are rarely with their computers all day and need to be able to answer text leads quickly from a mobile device.

As a user, I would like to contact my clients on their birthday for Birthday messages. This data is not currently available for EZLynx.

When a link to a form is emailed to a specific Account, the form automatically recognizes which account clicked the link, and attaches the submission to that same account.

As a User, I would like to ability to create my own email signature from scratch. Like a normal email signature (Google, Outlook, etc.) so I can personalize it to my liking.

It would be nice for AR to write an activity into Epic when an email is sent to a client allowing all users to access that activity if a client calls based off of an email. It would also be nice if the email was automatically attached & associated to that activity within the system.

After adjusting the sender of an outbox message, as a user, I would expect the signature to also update for emails sent to these clients.

As a user, I would like to use claims information in Epic to follow up on claims through Fuse.

As a user of Fuse, I would like to be able to text all contacts under an account not just the Primary Contact.
