We would like a way to assign a name to the text messages that come through with Forge Business Texting. Ideally, once a name is linked to a specific number, any future messages from that person will automatically display their name. This will enable our team to identify the sender immediately, ensuring that conversations can be managed smoothly.

We would like to see more merge fields for texting. Currently the only merge field is agency info or the customer name. We would like to see policy type, policy number, etc. usable as merge fields.

I have a conversation linked to a contact from my AMS, but not the correct contact. I would love a way to change which contact is associated with the phone number in my texting solution.

As a user, I would like to sort for phone number status similar to sorting for invalid email addresses. This would allow for a notification email to be sent internally alerting the team of invalid or blocked phone numbers.

Currently, Assignees to text messages are added based on the account's Producer and Rep and whoever responds to the message. As a user, I would like to be able to manually assign the text message to an agent before they respond to it.

Need the ability to keep up with incoming texts on a mobile device. Our Sales users are rarely with their computers all day and need to be able to answer text leads quickly from a mobile device.

As a user of Fuse, I would like to be able to text all contacts under an account not just the Primary Contact.

As a Fuse user, it would be helpful for Manager-level users to receive e-mail notifications when campaign-generated texts are responded to by their customers. Currently, this only happens if someone is an Assignee on the account.

As a user, I would like the ability to manually opt clients out from Text messages in Fuse as you can for Emails. This ability would allow Fuse users to unsubscribe phone numbers and remove the required client, without their involvement to unsubscribe their phone numbers with a "STOP" text.
