Customer Suggestions

As a Fuse user, I would like to be able to remove the customer since date from testimonials. I know that it is possible to change the customer since date in Fuse and Epic but we would like to be able to disable this part of the testimonials.

As an Epic user, I would like the policy servicing roles derived from the policy-level fields. Additionally, I would like the ability to send from ANY policy servicing role for emails not just confined to the policy Producer or Account Rep.

As a User, I would like to be able to move clients from one Pipeline to another.

As a user, I would like to give members of my staff access to certain sections of Fuse. 1) Admin - Access to Everything 2) Managers - NPS, Outbox, Content Library, Dasboards with the ability to filter by people 3) Users - NPS, Outbox for themselves, noone else.

As an Epic user, I would like the Agriculture checkbox to be supported in Fuse as I am attempting to target Agriculture prospects without a current policy.

I would like to be able to trigger using the Premium Increase between 2 percentages. Not only a Increase or Decrease Percentage.

As a User, I would like to have a list of the codes for the merge fields that are available to use within the subject line of an email. It would be great to have an article or list available for all User's.

As a User, I would like to use the Department field to segment accounts in Fuse.

The user would like the ability to segment customers based on whether the pipeline lead was marked as "won" or "lost".

As a Manager in my agency's Fuse realm, I'd love to have the ability to occasionally filter our Pipeline leads to show only those assigned to ME, as opposed to all leads in the pipeline (regardless of which Agent they're assigned to).
