Great news for all of you who voted on this popular request: The functionality you requested is now available in Fuse!

There are 2 parts to be aware of...

First, you can now have the policy-level Account Rep and Producer within Fuse mapped as the employees found in the corresponding roles at the policy-level in Epic.

To do this, simply go to your saved "AR Policy List" report in Epic, open the output builder, and for each policy-level servicing role you want to add to your integration, navigate to "Policy List" > "Servicing Roles" > then open the folder for the role you want, and add the "Servicing Role", "Code", and "Name" fields to the report. Once you've added all the policy-level roles you want to sync, save the layout, then go to your Scheduled Jobs, delete the existing AR Policy List job, return to your saved report, and re-create the scheduled job (Epic won't let you simply overwrite the existing scheduled report, so it's important to delete the old scheduled job and create this new one to replace it).

Second, in addition to mapping selected policy-level servicing roles into Fuse's policy-level Producer and Account Rep, you can also now configure any policy-related email to be sent by any Servicing Role found on that policy! You can even create a hierarchy of sender preference, so if any policy is missing an employee in the ideal servicing role, you can choose fallbacks.
