As an Epic BDE Fuse user, I need to have access to sort for the line type code for segments. We are currently working on a segment for Home policies with a specific Line Type but this field is necessary to sort for these customers.

As a QQ Catalyst and Fuse user, I would like the physical address to be derived by first the Address type of "Mailing" and then the "preferred" address, if multiple Mailing addresses are listed.

Currently, when activities are written back to AMS360, the activity reads as 'Customer' under the Action Title - As a user, I would like the ability to change this to a custom Action Name/Title within the management system as it is currently locked reading as 'Customer' on every account.

As an Epic user, I would like the ability to set up an automatic sync with Fuse so I do not have to manually upload reports every day.

Currently, the premium is being derived from the Original Premium field. This is causing clients using the Full Term premium field to have premiums show as $0.00 in Fuse. As a user, we would like to use the Full Term premium to derive the premium for policies instead of the Original Premium field.

I would like accounts to use different servicing roles for reps and producers depending on the client type. For example, Benefits accounts use different servicing role numbers/fields than Personal or Commercial accounts. This way I can send emails from any Epic servicing role in my system today - not just 2.

This client would like to be able to segment based on the 'ContractedProspective' field within Fuse to allow for a better understanding in Fuse of who is a prospect vs. a contracted client.

Would like the ability to pull premium payable from EPIC reports to provide more accurate carrier information within emails. Premium Payable Name is the company they obtain commission from or pay return commission to. The customer and internal staff refer to the premium payable name as the actual carrier to work with. Issuing Company (shown in fuse) is whatever is listed on the declaration page. For example, travelers' insurance may work with 10+ different issuing companies, but this is not what the staff or clients will be familiar with.

As an AMS 360 user, I would like to be able to filter by the PolicyType Field in segmenting. This update would allow for the exclusion of the HO3 policies which come through as "M" policy type in Fuse.

Recently I found out that Fuse only can segment clients by their SIC code in Epic. We use NAICS and SIC codes in Epic on our business accounts in hope to send very specific information their way in the future depending on their industry. For an example, I was hoping to use NAICS codes to segment our business clients so I could send out an email blast to those who are required to submit their 300A Summary on their Injury Tracking Application prior to January 1, but I am having to send a mass email to all of our business clients due to this not being a field Fuse can use to segment clients. OSHA switched to only use NAICS codes back in 2003, so any communication we want to send to client about OSHA, we won't be able to without spending a ton of time looking up all of the SIC codes that would match the NAICS to send the email strategically.
