Customer Suggestions

As a user, I find it confusing and inconsistent that the segment for the Customer Appreciation campaign is titled "Active Customers" when the segment rules are targeting "Active Personal Customers". Please update the segment title for this campaign sequence to Active Personal Customers to avoid confusing segment titles for our clients.

It would be great to be able to delete a prospect within the pipeline without having to close it out as the only way to get rid of it. I had a lead that was added by mistake, but I wasn't able to simply delete it. Instead, I had to close it out, which still shows on the pipeline.
