As a Fuse user who has Epic for their AMS, I would like claim data to be an automatic trigger that's available for use. I would ideally like to have claim follow-up emails in place for my clients that submit claims, and would not need to manually send these emails.

Hello! Is there any update to this request? We would love to have email blast go out to clients after they have filed a claim and when the claim is closed in Epic.
