I would love to be able to see a Sold, Closed Remarket, Closed - Do not contact in the Tiles in the pipeline.
Along with that triggers that would send an onboarding campaign once policy is Sold. Also, if the policy isn't sold and moved to Closed/Remarket a campaign that would then trigger an email campaign for that client which would be sent the following year. And all of this would also integrate back to Hawksoft

It would be great if the integration would be suspended to the team member it is assigned to inside AR - as it moves down the pipeline.
