Currently, when locations or departments are added as on the Forge dashboard, they continue to appear in the dropdown even if they are no longer in use. This makes it difficult to self serve team members due to outdated options cluttering the list.

It would be helpful to have the ability to remove unused locations and departments from the filter dropdown.
