I would like to mention that I’ve noticed AR is sending automated texts outside of business hours. This is because authorization isn’t required for them to be sent. We set it up this way. I say this because it might be weird for the client to get a text from the agency outside hours, reply, only to get an automated text saying “Sorry, we aren’t in the office right now.” Probably would be good to include a disclaimer in that like, “coverage cannot be bound altered, cancelled, etc by text until confirmed by your agent.”
