NPS Request Change Verbiage

As a user, a client's NPS scores often come in as mistakes and misunderstandings. It appears that the verbiage isn't always universally understood and it would be nice to be able to change the text under the numbers to "poor" and "excelled" or another term. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to bold those or to change the question of the NPS request to be able to add more context.
