As a user, I would like a simple, automated way to more easily track the results of my cross-sell campaigns over time.

For example, I would like an easy way to see, (1) from the time I launched a cross-sell campaign until a certain date or length of time after that, (2) how many people have been sent each step in the campaign, and (3) how many have purchased the kind of insurance I was cross-selling them on.
