As a user I would love to be able to see where we have been compared to where we are. For example the dashboard only shows the last 30 days of each metric. I would love to be able to run reports showing me anywhere from 10 days to 1 year or more. It is rewarding to see the improvement for our agency and staff.

I run a cross sell opened email report once a quarter. I would love to see the client opened date in this report. That way I can run the quarter report, delete the months I have already addressed and concentrate on the current opened emails.

Since I am the only one on the team really getting in there, I’d like to be able to share what we’re doing and some of the results.
For example, stats on emails sent within a date range? Or what emails were sent to who in that date range?
I want the team to understand how the system is “working” for them, without them having to think about it,'

As a user, we would like to see close rates, leads that are turned into sales, and we would like to see client retention with different periods (30 days, and in the past months).
