We would like for all listed Fuse users to have the ability to open the link logged into an AMS360 activity. Currently only users listed as "manager" can open them, not users listed as "Agent". If a customer calls our agent/account manager in regards to an email sent to them, the agent/account manager should have the ability to pull up the specific email quickly to refer to and not have to request a manager in the program to pull it up for them.
