the whole idea of intake forms is to have the client / prospect do the typing. It would be great if we got the importation in a format that we can easily import to management system. My suggestion is to have the form mapped to the management system used.

Also, information should be in the email - there should be a reason to go back to the form and export it. the email should include the information and the csv file.
