As a user, I want to be able to add a step to a marketing sequence that triggers a Suspense in HawkSoft so that I can assign tasks to my team automatically.

Hi Lucas - I do not see integration under Settings anywhere - I am the owner and have full admin rights - is it under another menu?

Teresa Crane: Go to Settings > System Integration > Setup then under Optional Configuration choose Activity Data Sync.

We have a partial solution for this.
Now available in Fuse for HawkSoft clients - we'll automatically create a Suspense step in HawkSoft when someone completes a form with an email address that matches what's in HawkSoft. This can be configured under that Activity Data Sync.
To find the configuration, go to Settings > Integration > Setup then under Optional Configuration choose Activity Data Sync.
