When there's an ongoing conversation in Fuse, I want to see it recorded in my AMS so that my team can see the ongoing conversation. We treat our AMS as the source of truth, so my team is out of the loop on conversations that haven't yet been recorded to my AMS.

I realize archiving will bring it to the AMS, but the conversation is not over yet and I'd like to keep it visible in my Inbox.

Note: This only applies to the systems we support AMS Archiving for today: HawkSoft/AMS360/QQ Catalyst. Other systems do not support write backs.
