I would love to see a record of emails sent within EZLynx so that producers can know what email communications have been emailed to an account when working on a client within EZLynx.
As an EZLynx user, I'd like the EZLynx integration to be a two way integration that includes write backs into my management system. Currently, it is a one way integration.
