As an Epic Fuse user, I would like to have the ability to set a fallback for the Producer or Account Rep fields in Fuse. This would be beneficial since our benefits department uses different Servicing roles. Therefore, we can map the main Producers and Reps to the fields for PL and CL and then use fallbacks for Benefits accounts. We use the CSV segment export, and this will allow for the data to more accurately line up with our data.
