As an Applied Epic user, I would love it if we had the option to map two policy servicing roles to Fuse Policy Producer and Fuse Policy Account Rep, similar to the Account Servicing roles mapping for Producer and Account Rep. This would allow us to use Fuse data to map for policy-specific employees using Fuse data. Currently, the logic causes some confusion about which field should be used for policy rep and producers.

We were working on a segment, and it was not clear which field should be used to segment for the Policy Level Roles from Epic in the Fuse data. The team helped fix the segment, but it was not obvious that the Servicing Role fields should be used to replace the Policy > Producer and Policy > Account Representative fields available in Fuse data.
