As a user, I would like the ability to have an email triggered to an internal rep when a customer opens an email. For example, I send a home no auto email to my client, they open it 3 days after I sent it. I want an email to go to the CSR letting them know the home no auto email was opened. Allows for timely follow-up.

Lucas Jans, VP of Product- Thank you. I agree that this would be beneficial. I will usually look at the marketing campaigns every month to see the open ratio and let the csr or agent know that the email was opened. this would save alot of time!
