Change NPS Survey Verbiage

As a user, I would like the ability to change the verbiage question within the NPS Survey.
For example, we would like this to read as: "How likely are you to renew your policies with RPR Insurance?"

Agree! Our agency would love to be able to clarify asking about "our level of service". Currently, most of our low ratings come with notes about pricing increases made by the carrier, which we have zero control over.

Our agency agrees wholeheartedly! We would rather ask a question such as, "Please rate the services you received from our agency over the past 6-months."
We get low NPS scores because people aren't interested in referring friends, NOT because they aren't happy with our performance.
