As a Business texting user who does not get two-way integration, I would like a way to quickly export conversations from Fuse. I would like this to include specific conversations and a general report export of the conversation data for all or sorted clients. This would allow me to account for any E&O issues in the future.

i believe it would be crucial to provide a button that allows agents to print the text convo with a client. Then the agent can print to IMS and place the convo into the client's account/folder. This would help protect the agency against a potential E&O situation.

There should be a button that moves the conversation, time it took place, and clients name to a printable doc that can be moved into IMS. Thanks!
