Automation from Pipeline to Pipeline

It would be beneficial if Agency Revolution could automatically move prospects between pipelines based on specific trigger events.
- When prospect is entered and contacted, that moves to "Contacted" pipeline
- If client responds and application is sent, that moves to "Application Sent for Signature" pipeline
- After application is signed and sale is made, that moves to "Sold" pipeline
- After the "Sold" trigger is activated, the system would automatically assign the client to the appropriate CSR, as assigned in the initial step, and integrate with the AMS.
- Then, the AMS would generate a task for the CSR to complete paperwork within the AMS, minimizing clicks and manual data entry for agents. This streamlined workflow would enable the CSR to work from the CMS without needing to return to the CRM as well.
