We'd like to shift to asking, “On a scale of 0-10, how satisfied are you with our services?” instead of the current “How likely are you to refer us to others…”

I would like to see our ability to change copy, also. For example, I would like to see the email that asks for a score changed to say something like, "We value you as a customer of our agency and we occasionally ask your opinion of our service and our overall handling of your business. We would appreciate it if you would use the scale below to rate our performance." Actually, there are several changes I would like to see in our ability to group and report on our NPS responses, too.
