I would like to see Fuse have the ability in the future to only unsubscribe the account from the campaign they choose to unsubscribe from instead of all Fuse communications like the system is currently set up to do. For example, we have some accounts unsubscribing from the NPS campaign and believe this is more of a marketing campaign versus other emails we might send out regarding policy information. When we go to send them an email having to do with something about the carrier they are with or telling them their renewal is coming up, they won't receive that due to that unsubscribe from the NPS campaign. I view those communications completely different from NPS and would hate to have them not receive those kinds of emails due to simply not wanting to be asked how likely they are to refer us to another individual (NPS campaign).
