As a Hawksoft user, I would like to have additional sender options available, such as "Agent 1." This would provide the flexibility to have "Agent 1" as the sender, instead of creating multiple segments and sequences for each specific employee under this field.

What we'd like to do is send an email from "Agent 1", allowing multiple emails to be sent that are specific to a particular renewal. We have clients with 3 or 4 policies, where half are overseen by one employee and the other by someone else. It would be beneficial if the emails could be sent based on who oversees that particular portion.
