Hi Lucas, I would like the recipient to see our logo. At the top of the text thread, where our phone number would be. And instead of showing our phone number, show the name of our agency. I had a text chat with AT&T one time and they had that feature. It looked very professional and made the text conversation feel more legitimate because of the logo.
