As a Forge client on Magenta, I'd like to have the option to update the mobile hamburger menu so it isn't a three-tiered dropdown. We would rather have all options available under each dropdown without the extra clicks.

Currently, you need to click on the dropdown twice to get to all the options in the mobile navigation.
