Ability to sort NPS Feedback by Locations

Currently, the only screen we can sort by location regarding NPS is on the NPS Dashboard which does not provide the actual client feedback and scores displayed. It would be great to have the ability to sort by location on the Survey & Feedback screen.

Hi. Is there a way to have a Region drop down in the survey & feedback tab, so I don’t have to go into each open detractor to see what region it belongs to? It is very time consuming going into each response to figure out which region it belongs to.

Hi - With our large number of clients and regions, it would be helpful for our service team leaders to be able to segment by region and see which of their surveys is still open and pending a response. This would prevent the service team leader from having to open every survey pending in the Survey and Feedback page, considering they may only have 1 or 2 from their region and there could be 20 for our entire company they would have to read through to find their own. It would save time and be more efficient for those managing the dashboard for their markets. Thank you!!
