Customer Suggestions

As an Essential user, I'm looking for more variety in the Quick Start options for the FAQs. I'd like to see Worker's Compensation, Boat insurance, Motorcycle insurance, etc.

With a growing Spanish-speaking population, it would be beneficial to have Clickable Coverage graphics translated to Spanish. The GTranslate plugin does not accurately translate the descriptions, making it difficult for users to understand how the coverage can benefit them.

I feel like I have to drive the conversation to get a CTA put on my coverage pages, and don't like that users have to scroll so far down to get a quote, for example. It'd be better to have more call-to-actions on the website and higher up on coverage pages to get the attention of website users right away without having to scroll. I would also love if we were able to have the options for video/image reels in the Social Media Add-On.

As a Forge User, I would like to have the bios showig on the team member page instead of having to click on a team member to get to their bio.

As a Forge client, I would like to be able to have my websites robots.txt file customized/adjusted to help better fit the needs of my business and to help with blocking bots from accessing my website.

As a Forge user with reCAPTCHA on our forms, it would be beneficial if stronger implementation was in place to eliminate automated submissions.

As a Forge User, I would like to have a Pagination bar that would display a thumbnail of each blog, thus allowing a reader to scroll along the bar containing the thumbnails to be able to choose the one that catches their eye, prior to clicking on it to read.

As a Forge user, I would like the ability to sort Form submissions based on specific responses to fields within the Form or location the form came from on the website. I believe this would make it easier to find relevant department forwarding information to sort the Form submissions.

As a Forge user, it would be beneficial to have a Clickable Coverage Graphic for Pest Control Insurance.
